The UK Student visa rules are the same wherever you apply from - £558 visa fee, £776/year healthcare surcharge, and proof of funds for tuition plus 9 months of living costs (£1,529/month in London, £1,171/month outside). What's different for Bangladesh is the practical side: an approved TB test, opening a bank Student File to send fees, and evidencing your funds.
